Return & Refund Policy

At echidcfootwearcentraln Chile S.A., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and the order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the items upon delivery according to our standard return policy outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns without this authorization may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and refund request. We will investigate the matter and work with the relevant financial institutions to resolve any issues.
